Do not mix current and future pricing: the July 15 Pricing page still lists Free at 50 VCoins, Starter at 150 VCoins, Professional at 1,000 VCoins and separate VCoin packs. Those are the current legacy snapshot—not proof of the post-August-4 structure. The migration announcement separately says new plans will use Monthly Credits and will not currently offer additional packs.
