料金に関するよくある質問

What is a QuickMagic API plan?

QuickMagic API plans are designed for developers, platforms, studios, and businesses that want to integrate QuickMagic capabilities into their own products or workflows. API plans include a fixed amount of API Credits, a validity period, concurrency limits, queue priority, video limits, upload limits, and customer support.

What is the difference between a personal plan and an API plan?

Personal plans are designed for creating content through the QuickMagic website. API plans are intended for: product integration; automated workflows; batch processing; server-side requests and higher concurrency requirements. Personal plans, including Studio, do not include API access. Personal Monthly Credits and API Credits are separate and cannot be exchanged.

Are API plans subscriptions?

No. API Basic, API Pro, API Max, and API Studio are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. You can purchase another package when your credits are used up or when the package expires.

How long are API Credits valid?

Current validity periods are: API Basic: 2 months API Pro: 6 months API Max: 12 months API Studio: 18 months Custom Enterprise: As agreed The validity period begins when the package is successfully purchased or activated. Unused API Credits expire when the package validity period ends. They cannot be extended, refunded, restored, or converted into personal Monthly Credits.

Can I purchase another API package before my current one expires?

Yes. When multiple API Credit balances are available, credits with the earliest expiration date are normally used first. Active service limits, such as concurrency, queue priority, maximum video duration, and upload size, follow the highest currently active API package. API packages do not use the same upgrade or price-difference calculation as personal subscriptions.

How are API Credits consumed?

API Credit usage may vary depending on the selected feature, model, video duration, frame rate, number of people, and processing method. The applicable amount is shown through the API documentation, account dashboard, or relevant calculation endpoint. Developers should avoid duplicate submissions and should implement appropriate request-status and retry handling.

Which models and features are available through the API?

QuickMagic API plans provide access to the models and capabilities currently supported by the API platform. Available models, endpoints, processing features, export formats, and technical requirements may be updated over time. Please refer to the API pricing page and the latest API documentation for the current supported capabilities. Where a particular feature or model has additional package requirements or technical restrictions, those requirements will be stated on the pricing page or in the API documentation.

What happens if an API task fails?

If a task fails because of a QuickMagic system or processing error, the corresponding API Credits are normally returned automatically. Credits may not be returned when the failure is caused by: invalid request parameters; damaged or unsupported files; content that violates platform rules; user cancellation; duplicate requests; a task that was successfully completed or the developer's network, code, or third-party system. A Task ID should be provided when contacting technical support.

Can API-generated content be used commercially?

Yes. Eligible API plans support commercial use. API customers remain responsible for: obtaining all required rights and permissions; informing end users about data processing; protecting uploaded and generated content; complying with privacy and content laws; providing their own user agreement and privacy notice and ensuring that generated content does not infringe third-party rights. API Keys must be kept in a secure server environment and must not be exposed in frontend code, public repositories, documentation, or client applications.

What happens when an API package expires?

After an API package expires: Remaining API Credits expire; Related assets remain available for 30 days; Assets then enter a 15-day deletion process; After that process ends, the assets are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. A new eligible API package purchased before permanent deletion may preserve assets that have not yet been deleted. API packages are generally non-refundable, except where required by law, in cases of duplicate or unauthorized charges, or when QuickMagic is unable to provide a material part of the purchased service.
