QuickMagic Subscription System Update

QuickMagic will upgrade to a new subscription-based credit system on August 4, 2026.

This update is designed to provide users with a more stable, predictable, and fair service experience, while helping us continue improving processing quality, platform stability, and long-term service availability.



1. New subscription plans will use Monthly Credits

After the new subscription system launches, QuickMagic’s new subscription plans will use a Monthly Credits model.

Monthly Credits will be issued each subscription cycle and refreshed at the end of the cycle. Unused Monthly Credits will not roll over to the next subscription cycle.

If your Monthly Credits are used up during the current cycle, you can wait until the next subscription cycle for your credits to refresh, or upgrade to a higher subscription plan to get more credits and higher plan benefits.

QuickMagic does not currently offer additional credit packs. If you need more credits or higher limits, you can upgrade to a higher subscription plan.



2. Existing VCoins will become Legacy VCoins

If you already have VCoins before August 4, 2026, they will not be removed immediately.

After the new subscription system launches, these VCoins will become Legacy VCoins and remain available for 12 months.

During the 12-month transition period, you can continue using Legacy VCoins for generation, export, and other eligible QuickMagic services. Legacy VCoins are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.

After the 12-month transition period ends, unused Legacy VCoins will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.



3. Legacy subscriptions will remain active


If you currently have an active legacy subscription plan, it will not be forcibly cancelled or automatically migrated to a new subscription plan.

As long as your legacy subscription remains active, you will continue to receive the original benefits and VCoins under your current legacy plan.

If your legacy subscription continues to renew automatically, it will continue under the original legacy subscription rules.

If you cancel your legacy subscription, or if it becomes inactive due to payment failure or expiration, you will not be able to purchase the same legacy subscription again. After the new subscription system launches, legacy subscription plans will no longer be available for new purchases.



4. New subscriptions and legacy subscriptions can exist at the same time

If your account has both a new subscription plan and an active legacy subscription plan, both types of benefits can exist at the same time.

Purchasing a new subscription plan will not automatically cancel your legacy subscription. Your legacy subscription will continue under its original rules until you cancel it, payment fails, or the subscription expires. If your account has a new subscription plan, QuickMagic will use the Monthly Credits from your new subscription first.

After your Monthly Credits are used up, QuickMagic will continue using the available VCoins in your account, including Legacy VCoins and any VCoins generated or retained by an active legacy subscription plan.



5. Plan upgrade rules

If you upgrade to a higher plan during an active subscription cycle, the new plan will take effect immediately and a new subscription cycle will start from the upgrade date.

When upgrading, you will pay the full price of the new plan, and your previous plan will be automatically cancelled. Any unused Monthly Credits from your previous plan will be carried over and combined with the Monthly Credits issued by the new plan.


For example:

If you purchase the Basic plan on August 5 and receive 200 Monthly Credits, then upgrade to the Pro plan on August 15 with 150 Monthly Credits remaining, you will pay the full price of the Pro plan and receive 1,000 Monthly Credits.

After the upgrade, your Basic plan will be automatically cancelled, and your account will become a Pro account. The remaining 150 Monthly Credits from your Basic plan will be carried over, giving you a total of 1,150 available credits.

Your new Pro subscription cycle will start on August 15.

Unused time from the previous plan will not be refunded or prorated, but unused Monthly Credits from the previous plan will be carried over into the new plan cycle.



6. Asset retention policy

Assets are retained while your subscription is active.

If your account is downgraded to Free, your assets will remain available for 15 days. After 15 days, your assets will enter a 7-day deletion process.

If you resubscribe before deletion is completed, your assets will continue to be retained. Once assets are permanently deleted, they cannot be recovered.



7. What users need to do

If you have Legacy VCoins, please use them within the 12-month transition period.

If you currently have an active legacy subscription plan, no immediate action is required.

As long as your legacy subscription remains active, you will continue to receive your original legacy plan benefits.

If you want to use the new subscription plans, you can choose a new plan after the new subscription system launches.
