Payment & Membership Benefits Guide (Continuously Updated)
I. Free Version vs. Paid Version
1. Free Version
The free version currently supports Boy / Girl formats only and does not support paid formats such as BIP.
New users can try all paid formats on their first use and experience the full set of features.
2. Paid Version
The paid version unlocks access to all available export formats.
II. Payment Methods by Region
1. Users in Russia
Payments can be made through 2Checkout, which supports Russian Mastercard.
2. International users
Supported payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, and 2Checkout.
III. Membership Upgrade and Billing Rules
Upgrading from a monthly plan to an annual plan
If you pay for the current monthly plan plus the annual plan, your existing monthly membership benefits will be automatically converted into an annual membership.
In total, you will receive 13 months of annual membership benefits.
IV. Membership and Asset-Related Rules
1. Upgrading from free formats to paid formats
After subscribing, you can re-upload the original video and export it directly in paid formats such as BIP.
A direct format conversion feature will be added in the future, so re-uploading will no longer be required.
2. Points / V-Coin usage rules
V-Coins (points) remain valid for the long term. They can still be used normally even if you cancel your membership or your subscription expires.
Unused V-Coins will automatically roll over to the next month, and any remaining V-Coins will stay in your account after the subscription ends. They will not be cleared.
