II. Solutions for Common Access / Login Issues

1. Stuck on the video upload page / unable to connect to the website / page fails to load / unable to log in

● Please try the following steps:Force refresh the webpage

● Use Google Chrome to access the site

● Switch to another browser and try again

● Clear your browser cache

2. Error when logging in with a Google account (abnormal domain or suffix issue)

Please report the issue through the official QuickMagic Mocap / Digital Human / Companion support channels, and our technical team will assist with handling it.

III. File Download Issues

1. Downloaded file is 0 bytes / unable to download

If your system is protected by a NAT firewall, you may need to add the official download address to your whitelist:

2. Project download fails / clicking download shows “This video does not have this file”

First check whether the project is still within the cloud storage retention period.

For free users and users with expired memberships, projects are only stored for 15 days.

If the project is still within the valid storage period, please report the issue to the official team for further investigation.

1. Favorites bounce back after clicking / garbled text appears

Try reopening the website, or switch to another browser and try adding the item to Favorites again.
