Dear Users,

We are excited to announce that new features and optimizations have been launched to enhance your experience on QuickMagic.

Version: V 1.3.4.0

Release Date: [October 22, 2025]

I. New Features

1. Core Function Upgrade

a. Mixamo Format Optimization 2.0

In today’s animation industry, AI technology is gradually integrating into various stages of production, bringing optimization and innovation to creative workflows. Traditional animation production faces challenges such as labor-intensive keyframe drawing, high equipment costs, and lengthy production cycles. The application of AI provides new solutions to these issues. From algorithm-generated character animations to intelligently constructed virtual scenes, AI is helping to enhance efficiency while expanding the boundaries of artistic expression. Against this backdrop, QuickMagic AI Motion Capture Mixamo Format Physics Optimization 2.0 is set to launch.

This upgrade focuses on improving motion capture quality and enriching creative options. In terms of capture performance, advanced algorithms enhance the recognition and restoration of motion details, delivering more nuanced and natural movements for animated characters. Additionally, the new version opens up more detailed parameters for creators to adjust, allowing QuickMagic AI Motion Capture Mixamo Format Physics Optimization 2.0 to better meet diverse creative needs and drive animation production toward greater efficiency and refinement.

Mixamo 2.0 Feature Image Showcase:

Our newly launched Physics Optimization 2.0 feature provides a customized solution for motion data capture performance through adjustable iteration multipliers, meeting the needs for both motion accuracy and smoothness in different scenarios.

Details are as follows:

By adjusting the iteration multiplier (1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 10x), you can flexibly balance between motion accuracy and smoothness:

  • Lower iteration multipliers (e.g., 1x): Higher motion accuracy, precisely reproducing the details and range of the original motion. Ideal for scenarios that require retaining dynamic tension and emphasizing expressive movements.

  • Higher iteration multipliers (e.g., 10x): Higher motion smoothness, with a corresponding reduction in motion amplitude, resulting in softer and more natural performance. Suitable for scenarios that require smooth transitions and emphasize visual comfort.

Example demonstration:

Note: For details, please refer to the tutorial “QuickMagic AI Motion Capture Physics Optimization 2.0” in the Announcements section.

  b. New In-Place Motion Feature

To further enhance the user experience, we are launching the all-new In-Place Motion Feature.

This feature focuses on meeting users' motion needs in specific scenarios, allowing characters to perform a series of preset actions without changing their position—such as idle interactions, skill demonstrations, and more. Its key advantage lies in its ease of use: with a simple trigger command, characters can display rich dynamic performances while remaining in place, without affecting the scene layout.

Example demonstration:

c. New BVH Format Support: To meet the diverse needs of our users, we are introducing support for the BVH format.

  • The BVH format plays a critical role in animation production and motion capture, enabling seamless compatibility with various motion capture devices and professional animation software.

d. New Warudo-anim Format Support: To better support users' virtual content creation needs, we are now introducing comprehensive Warudo-anim format compatibility.

II. Function Optimizations and Bug Fixes

1. Optimization of Facial Capture, Hand Capture, and Half-Body Capture

  • Addressed compatibility issue preventing upper-body capture from processing full-body video inputs.
  • Improved tracking accuracy for extreme head rotations and pronounced body leans in upper-body capture mode.
  • Resolved animation sequencing and texture mapping anomalies in Unreal Engine 5.6 environment.
  • Corrected unnatural hand rotation parameters and thumb articulation in Unreal Engine 4 projects.
  • Enhanced cross-version compatibility between different Unreal Engine iterations and animation assets.
  • Eliminated initial frame jitter (first 5 frames) in VMD format exports.
  • Fixed pose miscalculations including leg positioning errors in 2D detection and user-reported unnatural standing postures.

2. Function Interface and User Experience

  • Resolved interface interaction and display issues including:
  • Action preview interface displaying at 24 FPS out of sync with video.
  • Announcement page number display bug.
  • Incorrect horizontal line positioning under KP/IK options in 2D repair interface.

  • Fixed operational bugs such as:
  • Music not fading out after opening 2D repair interface in action preview.
  • Volume keys preventing camera rotation.

III. Experience Optimization: Refined Details, Enhanced Efficiency

  • Motion Capture Features: Upper-body capture mode now supports first-frame Pose selection, delivering finer control over motion capture and enabling more precise adjustments.
  • Favorites folder is now available to all users, allowing easier management and access to saved resources.
  • Interface & Information Display: Streamlined wording of user benefits on the homepage for clearer communication and quicker understanding of entitlements.
  • New user incentive: Users who enter an invitation code during registration will receive a 20 V-Coin reward, providing initial resource support.
