QuickMagic offers Free, Basic, Pro, Max, and Studio plans. Each plan includes different Monthly Credits, processing priority, video length limits, concurrent tasks, upload limits, and other benefits. Please refer to the pricing page for the latest details.

Monthly Credits are used to create and process content across supported QuickMagic features, including Video Mocap, Text Mocap, and Avatar tools. The number of credits required may vary depending on the selected feature, model, video duration, frame rate, and processing method. Monthly Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money.

Monthly Credits refresh on each subscription's billing cycle. If you have multiple active subscriptions, credits from all subscriptions are added together. Unused credits do not roll over after their applicable cycle ends.

Your new subscription starts immediately and runs alongside your existing subscription. Credits from all active subscriptions are added together, and your account uses the benefits of the highest active plan. For example, if you have Basic Annual and purchase Pro Monthly, you will receive 1,200 Credits per month while both subscriptions are active, and your account will use Pro benefits.

No. While a higher-tier subscription is active, you cannot purchase a lower-tier plan. Canceling auto-renewal does not change this. Once the higher-tier subscription expires, you can purchase any plan that is available based on your remaining active subscriptions.

Canceling a subscription stops future automatic renewals. You can continue using your current plan until the end of the paid billing period. After that: The account changes to Free. Unused Monthly Credits expire. Assets are handled according to the Free asset-retention rules. Canceling a subscription is different from purchasing a lower-tier monthly plan. A lower-tier monthly plan may take effect immediately when replacing another monthly plan.

The default deduction method is VCoins. After purchasing a plan that includes Monthly Credits, the default priority changes to Monthly Credits. You can quickly change the preferred deduction method from the menu at any time. You may choose to deduct: Monthly Credits or VCoins. The task will follow the plan benefits, feature access, limits, and output permissions associated with the selected balance. For example, when Monthly Credits are selected, the task follows the benefits of the current subscription plan. When VCoins are selected, the task follows the benefits associated with the applicable VCoin plan or rules.

You can either: wait for the next Monthly Credit refresh or purchase a higher-tier plan. QuickMagic does not currently offer separate Monthly Credit top-up packages for personal plans.

Assets are retained while a paid personal subscription remains active. After the account changes to Free: Assets remain available for 15 days. They then enter a 7-day deletion process. After the deletion process ends, the assets are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. Free users follow the same 15-day retention and 7-day deletion process. QuickMagic is not intended to be a permanent backup service, so important files should be downloaded and stored separately.

Basic, Pro, Max, and Studio plans support commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded videos, images, voices, characters, models, and other materials are legally authorized and do not infringe third-party rights. Studio is intended for high-volume web creation and team collaboration. It does not include API access. API integration, automated batch processing, or enterprise-level concurrency requires an API plan or a custom enterprise solution.
